My practice centres around creating memes using Elmo as a vessel. Each painting is different from another, my later works feature text where a direct message is communicated. I take use of humour to mask darker messages in society that the Elmo’s reflect. Generally social commentary on the government, sometimes a visual exploration and commentary on masculinity and sex.
