Working Class Community
Working Class Creatives is a community of over 2,000 working-class creatives across the UK, built on connection, support and shared opportunity.
Created in response to the barriers many working-class creatives face, WCCD brings together people to connect, share knowledge and resources, collaborate and support one another. Through events, meetups, projects, residencies, exhibitions and community-led activity, members can build relationships and make things happen together.
We believe that community is something we build collectively.

Who Can Sign Up?
Working-classness emerges from the intersection of diverse backgrounds, histories, places and identities. Our community is home to a wide range of working-class creatives across the UK.
If you define yourself as a working-class creative and feel that your class background has disadvantaged you within the creative industries, this is a space for you.
Please note: you are still welcome to submit an application, but new applications are currently being paused while we focus on developing WCCD’s future digital infrastructure. Applications will not be processed until membership reopens.
