ABOUT:

An alumni of Screen Yorkshire FLEX and BFI Scratch Me Beth Rowland is a self taught Director who’s completed to date over 40 projects. Working in narrative, documentary and music video formats.

Originally from Stoke now based in Manchester, Beth utilises workshopping and improvisation to develop authentic, character driven stories of masculinity, power and community through the lens of a female gaze.

Beth's BFI backed short Bury the Dogs wrapped in July 2022, starring Paddy Rowan (Time, Little Boy Blue) and Frank Harper (Football Factory, Bend it Like Beckham) and was supported by Producers Hollie Bryan (Cosmosquare Films) Diva Rodriguez and Executive Producer Shane Meadows.
