That Looks Queer is led by Steve Allen, an art writer and critic seeking to uplift the works of LGBTQIA+ creatives in the north of England. Steve is also convener and curator of Zwischen, a monthly workshop program investigating the links between modern practice and the Bauhaus. Zwischen draws upon the parallels between this inter war period of innovation and the lockdown interstitial space as one of great change.
