ABOUT:

Hey, my names Lashay 👋🏾 and I am a graduate in graphic design. I enjoy designing with a well thought out process as I am very conceptual. I love having fun and testing out different design possibilities when working on a brief. I want to make designs that can help shape the world and positively influence others, spreading joy and excitement. I have been freelancing and working on different projects such as helping clients to set up businesses, creating branding, designing packaging, making logos, storybook illustrating etc. I have also completed an internship in Children’s book illustrating since graduating. I am enjoying having these opportunities to work on different projects that are helping build up my skillset in different areas of graphic design. I’m excited for my journey to becoming an established graphic designer☺️

WORKS:

SUPPORT WORKING CLASS CREATIVES (1).png

'Working Class Creatives' responds to a need which is too often overlooked in the arts; that of the barriers facing working-class artists from getting on in our sector. They are instrumental in initiating much-needed change that will see the art world become more inclusive and reflect the society it purports to serve. I often search their database in my research, it is a vital resource for any arts professional working in culture today. That they have got this far on so little financial resource is remarkable and I am excited to see what they will achieve with further support.” Beth Hughes, Curator, Arts Council Collection.
